OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE EMPLOYEES. MMC shall provide to Compcare, to the extent requested by Compcare, the entire requirement of Direct Employees for use in Compcare's business according to such job descriptions, qualifications, experience, education, or skills (collectively "Employee Specifications") as may be specified by Compcare from time to time.
