Common use of Objectionable Name Clause in Contracts

Objectionable Name. Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc."

In no event shall Tenant's Signage shall not include ’s signage include, identify or otherwise refer to a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the a Comparable Buildings Building (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following namename “Roka Bioscience, Inc.” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

Objectionable Name. Original Tenant's ’s name and/or logo set forth on Tenant’s Signage shall not include have a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, name “Yelp” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, . -44- [Yelp Inc."]

In no event shall Tenant's ’s Signage shall not include include, identify or otherwise refer to a name or and/or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the a Comparable Buildings Building (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, name “Santarus” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

The parties hereby agree that the following namename “AnaptysBio, Inc.” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.Vaxart."

In no event shall Tenant's Signage shall not include signage include, identify or otherwise refer to a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the a Comparable Buildings Building (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, name "Broadcom" or any reasonable derivation thereof, and any successor corporate name of Tenant, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

In no event shall Tenant's ’s Signage shall not include include, identify or otherwise refer to a name or and/or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the a Comparable Buildings Building (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, name “Accelrys” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis PharmaceuticalsNkarta, Inc."

To the extent Tenant desires to change the name and/or logo set forth on the Tenant's Signage Signage, such name and/or logo shall not include have a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, name "8x8" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

Objectionable Name. Tenant's ’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals“InhibRx, Inc."LP.”

Tenant's ’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following namenames, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, “Alumis Inc."” or “Alumis”.

Objectionable Name. Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.Pliant Therapeutics."

Objectionable Name. Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis PharmaceuticalsVistaGen Therapeutics, Inc."

Tenant's Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following namenames, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis SCILEX Pharmaceuticals, Inc." and "Sorrento Therapeutics."

Tenant's ’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals“Aligos Therapeutics, Inc."”

Objectionable Name. Tenant's ’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which that relates to an entity which that is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which that is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which that would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals“Allogene Therapeutics, Inc."”

Tenant's ’s Signage shall not include a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the Comparable Buildings (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals“Nkarta, Inc."”

In no event shall Tenant's Signage shall not include ’s signage include, identify or otherwise refer to a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the a Comparable Buildings Building (an "“Objectionable Name"”). The parties hereby agree that the following name, name “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇.▇▇▇” or “Service-now” or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

The parties hereby agree that the following namename “Heron Therapeutics, or Inc.” and any reasonable derivation thereof, thereof shall not be deemed not to constitute be an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".

In no event shall Tenant's Signage shall not include signage include, identify or otherwise refer to a name or logo which relates to an entity which is of a character or reputation, or is associated with a political faction or orientation, which is inconsistent with the quality of the Project, or which would otherwise reasonably offend a landlord of the a Comparable Buildings Building (an "Objectionable Name"). The parties hereby agree that the following name, name "St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇" or "St. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software" or any reasonable derivation thereof, shall not be deemed not to constitute an Objectionable Name: "Zentalis Pharmaceuticals, Inc.".
