OBJECT AND SCOPE. 3.1 It is the expectation of the Shipper and the Carrier that they shall be doing business together in the future. The objective of this Agreement is to permit the Parties to conclude Cargo Contracts by electronic means and to ensure they are legally bound by such contracts. However, nothing in the Agreement creates any obligation for either Party to transact with the other, nor any obligation of exclusivity to deal only with the other.
