  • Business Locations Set forth on Schedule 6.20(a) is a list of all Real Properties located in the United States as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(b) is a list of all locations where any tangible personal property of a Consolidated Party is located as of the Closing Date. Set forth on Schedule 6.20(c) is the chief executive office, jurisdiction of incorporation or formation and principal place of business of each Consolidated Party as of the Closing Date.

  • Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services.   • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide IC with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to IC the capital equipment or provides funds for IC to purchase it, then IC will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to IC for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and IC will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.
