Nutritional Analysis. As part of the bid response, the bidder should submit a nutritional analysis for all finished products proposed to be processed for the ODE, OCN. Documentation listed above that is designated to be submitted with the bid response may also be requested during bid evaluation. Documents will be requested during evaluation and a deadline of seven (7) calendar days provided for submission. Failure to provide documents requested by the deadline provided will deem the bid not responsive.
