Number of Shares; Option Price. Pursuant to said action of the Board of Directors, the Company hereby grants to Optionee, in consideration of consulting services performed for the benefit of the Company, during the period from January 1, 1997 to June 30, 1997, related to the location of strategic business partners for the Company and the expansion of the dialysis facilities for the Company's business operations, the option ("Option") to purchase up to 100,000 shares ("Option Shares") of Common Stock of the Company, at the exercise price of $0.37 per share.
