Common use of Number of Awards Clause in Contracts

Number of Awards. It is the City’s intent to award multiple Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts for the delivery of General Government Services, to the Offeror presenting the Proposal which will provide the best overall value to the City; however, the City reserves the right to make a single award or no award, if these options are in the City’s best interest. The instructions, conditions and notices in this section are designed to assist Offerors in preparing a complete response that reflects the proposed approach to accomplish all contractual requirements. Section M provides further detail as to how Proposals will be evaluated.
