NUMBER, GENDER AND JOINT LIABILITY. The necessary grammatical changes required to make the provisions of this lease apply in the plural sense where the Tenant comprises more than one entity and to corporations, associations, partnerships or individuals, male or female, shall be assumed as though in each case fully expressed. If the Tenant is more than one person or entity its liability shall be joint and several. If the Tenant is a partnership each person who is or becomes a member of the partnership or any successor partnership shall be jointly and severally liable.

  • Number, Gender and Persons In this Agreement, words importing the singular number only shall include the plural and vice versa, words importing gender shall include all genders and words importing persons shall include individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, trusts, unincorporated organizations, governmental bodies and other legal or business entities.
