Nuisance and Residential Restrictions. 5.10.1 Not to do or permit to be done or suffer to remain upon the Premises anything which in the reasonable opinion of the Landlord may be or become or cause a nuisance annoyance injury or damage to the Landlord or its tenants or the occupiers of adjacent or neighbouring premises and not to obstruct others who are lawfully using any adjoining parts of the Premises;
