Common use of NTPSM SPLIT ASSIGNMENT/SHARED STAFF Clause in Contracts

NTPSM SPLIT ASSIGNMENT/SHARED STAFF. Shared Staff (Building to Building shared staff) 1. By the start of the school year such teacher in a split assignment shall be informed in writing which administrator is considered the teacher's primary supervisor/evaluator and any secondary supervisory and or evaluator. 2. A NTPSM assigned to multiple buildings will be scheduled to work the same contractual day, attend staff meetings, trainings, professional development, and/or parent teacher conferences the same as other teachers assigned to the building where the split teacher spends the majority of the time. Split assignment teachers concerned with the details of their assignment shall discuss such concerns with their immediate supervisor and if not resolved can utilize the grievance procedure for resolution. 3. Adequate travel time shall be arranged in the teacher's schedule to travel from one worksite to the next.
