Common use of NSURANCE Clause in Contracts

NSURANCE. Supplier shall, at its own cost, procure and maintain all risk and general liability insurances with customary and appropriate coverage taking into account the nature and scope of its obligations and liabilities under the Agreement, however not less than EUR one (1) million per damage. Upon Purchaser’s request, Supplier shall present valid insurance certificates.
