NSF. Non-sufficient fund checks must be replaced by a money order or cashier’s check PLUS a $100 service charge, PLUS APPROPRIATE LATE FEE, calculated from date the new payment is received.
NSF. Cheques. Parent shall be responsible for a Forty-five Dollar ($45.00) charge because of any N.S.F. cheques. Yoga-Tastic reserves the right to request alternative payment methods if more than two (2) N.S.F. cheques are received.

Non-Sufficient Funds checks (NSF) or voided checks will result in $25 fee, and client understands that by signing this agreement, client agrees to send payment immediately in case of NSF payment, or legal actions will be taken against the client.
NSF. If your payment is not cleared by your bank, you will immediately pay the amount in cash or with certified funds. An administration fee will apply to any non-payment due to insufficient funds.
NSF. If an EFT is returned for insufficient funds, you give Mortgage Market the right to resubmit an EFT debit for a lesser amount or resubmit the original amount. An NSF fee will apply – see the Fee Schedule. You are liable for any shortfall of funds arising from an NSF transaction.
NSF. 1. Shall adhere to all 8(a) BD Program requirements identified in FAR 19.8 and 13 CFR § Part 124; 2. Shall notify the SBA servicing District Office when the agency seeks to re- procure a follow-on to an 8(a) contract through a pre-existing limited 8(a) contracting vehicle and the incumbent 8(a) contract award was not so limited; 7. Shall coordinate as early as possible with the SBA servicing District Office when it seeks to offer a sole source 8(a) procurement on behalf of a joint venture. The NSF shall submit offer letters for proposed 8(a) joint ventures for sole source 8(a) contracts to the SBA's District Office that services the 8(a)-managing venturer of the joint venture for approval before contract award per FAR 19.8, 13 CFR § 124 and this PA; Shall retain the responsibility for ensuring 8(a) BD Program Participants comply with all limitations on subcontracting requirements, including FAR Clause 52.219-14;‌ 8.   • Returned Check Charge A Customer whose payment by check is returned for insufficient funds, or is otherwise not processed for payment, will be subject to a returned check charge. Such charge will be applicable on each occasion when a check is returned or not processed. If the returned check was for a combined interstate and international balance, only a single returned check charge will apply.

  • Payment of Charges (a) Subject to Section 5.2(b), each Credit Party shall pay and discharge or cause to be paid and discharged promptly all Charges payable by it, including (i) Charges imposed upon it, its income and profits, or any of its property (real, personal or mixed) and all Charges with respect to tax, social security and unemployment withholding with respect to its employees, (ii) lawful claims for labor, materials, supplies and services or otherwise, and (iii) all storage or rental charges payable to warehousemen and bailees, in each case, before any thereof shall become past due. (b) Each Credit Party may in good faith contest, by appropriate proceedings, the validity or amount of any Charges, Taxes or claims described in Section 5.2(a); provided, that (i) adequate reserves with respect to such contest are maintained on the books of such Credit Party, in accordance with GAAP; (ii) no Lien shall be imposed to secure payment of such Charges (other than payments to warehousemen and/or bailees) that is superior to any of the Liens securing payment of the Obligations and such contest is maintained and prosecuted continuously and with diligence and operates to suspend collection or enforcement of such Charges, (iii) none of the Collateral becomes subject to forfeiture or loss as a result of such contest, (iv) such Credit Party shall promptly pay or discharge such contested Charges, Taxes or claims and all additional charges, interest, penalties and expenses, if any, and shall deliver to Agent evidence reasonably acceptable to Agent of such compliance, payment or discharge, if such contest is terminated or discontinued adversely to such Credit Party or the conditions set forth in this Section 5.2(b) are no longer met, and (v) Agent has not advised Borrower in writing that Agent reasonably believes that nonpayment or nondischarge thereof could have or result in a Material Adverse Effect.
