NRS Clause Samples
NRS. “NRS” means the Nevada Revised Statutes, as amended from time to time.
NRS. Acres and MJNE shall comply with NRS, including all future amendments and alterations. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties shall never knowingly violate NRS 453A and 453D or Nevada Administrative Codes.
NRS. Each share of common stock, no par value per share, of NRS --- issued and outstanding or held as treasury shares immediately prior to the Effective Date shall be canceled without payment of any consideration therefor and shall cease to exist and be outstanding.
