NPS. (a) Members. Each User of a Participating Member will be required to register as a representative of such Member with UHC, VHA or HPPI, as applicable, prior to using NPS. UHC, VHA or HPPI, as applicable, will request such information as each deems necessary to verify that such User is an authorized representative of such Member. Each of UHC, VHA or HPPI, as applicable, shall have the right to determine whether a User has authority to access NPS.
