Common use of Noxious Weed Control Clause in Contracts

Noxious Weed Control. Contractor shall notify the Contract Administrator in advance of moving equipment onto State lands. Contractor shall thoroughly clean all off-road equipment prior to entry onto State land to remove contaminated soils and noxious weed seed. If equipment is moved from one Washington Department of Wildlife project area to another, the Contract Administrator reserves the right to require the cleaning of equipment. Equipment shall be cleaned at a location approved by the Contract Administrator.
