Weed Free Sample Clauses
The 'Weed Free' clause requires that certain materials, products, or areas provided or maintained under a contract must be free from weeds. In practice, this often applies to landscaping materials such as soil, mulch, or sod, ensuring that they do not contain seeds or parts of invasive or unwanted plants. This clause helps prevent the introduction and spread of weeds on a project site, thereby reducing future maintenance costs and preserving the intended appearance and health of landscaped areas.
