Common use of NOW IT Clause in Contracts

NOW IT. IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 January 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 31 January 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 31 January 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme (CGS) in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 January 8 August 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

NOW IT. IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 January 8 April 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 January 2019 2 May 2018 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 January 8 August 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme (CGS) in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

NOW IT. IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 January 15 March 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.

NOW IT. IS AGREED as follows: The parties agree that the funding agreement made by them on 18 January 12 September 2019 for the Commonwealth to provide funding to the University under the Commonwealth Grant Scheme in respect of the grant years 2018, 2019 and 2020 shall terminate on the date on which this Funding Agreement is made.
