PERMIT AND LICENSE. Grantee will be responsible at its expense for obtaining all permits and licenses required by city, county, state or federal rules, regulations, or laws necessary or required for the Grantee to provide services or goods under this Contract.

To the extent permitted by the applicable laws, each of the Group Companies and the Founders shall procure each of the Group Companies to, (1) use its best efforts to maintain in a timely manner all requisite consents and permits for conducting the Business in compliance with all applicable laws, and (2) if so required by any applicable laws, obtain additional consents and permits necessary for conducting the Business as soon as possible but in any event no later than the time limit required by the applicable PRC laws or the competent Governmental Authorities.
