Notwithstanding Article 8. 1.1, Teachers employed with a secondary school Letter of Standing shall be placed in the salary group for which they are eligible as determined by a Letter of Evaluation from the OSSTF for a period not to exceed twelve (12) months after the effective date of their appointment.
Notwithstanding Article 8. 3.1, a probationary employee, when resigning, will give the Company one (1) week’s notice in writing.
