Notional obligations. The obligation of the Bank to convert the Loan or, as the case may be, a Tranche in accordance with clause 4.4 is notional only, and the same shall be deemed to be satisfied by the Bank making appropriate adjustments in the principal amount of the Loan in the account referred to in clause 7.7.
