Common use of Notifications by SRTA Clause in Contracts

Notifications by SRTA. All notifications (including but not limited to violation notices) and other communications mailed, sent via SMS text, auto-dial calls or emailed to you shall be sent using the most current contact information in SRTA’s records. NOTIFICATION SHALL BE DEEMED GIVEN IF SENT TO THE MOST CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION IN SRTA’S RECORDS. IT SHALL BE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE SRTA WITH ANY CHANGES TO YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION AS SOON AS THEY OCCUR.
