Notifications and Changes to Evaluators. The educator shall be notified in writing of his/her primary evaluator, supervising evaluator (if any) at the outset of each new evaluation cycle. At any time during the evaluation cycle, the educator may send a written request to his/her primary evaluator for a different supervising evaluator.
