Notification to Enrollees. a) If the Contractor includes Family Planning and Reproductive Health services in its Benefit Package (as per Appendix M of this Agreement) the Contractor must notify all Enrollees of reproductive age, including minors who may be sexually active, at the time of Enrollment about their right to obtain Family Planning and Reproductive Health services and supplies without referral or approval.
