Notification to Certificateholders and Other Persons. (a) Upon any termination pursuant to Section 7.01 above or appointment of a successor to the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, the Trustee shall give prompt written notice thereof to Certificateholders at their respective addresses appearing in the Certificate Register, to each Rating Agency and to each Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder at its address appearing in the Serviced Companion Loan Noteholder Register.
