Notification to Bargain. Negotiations shall be initiated at least sixty (60) days but no more than one hundred-twenty (120) days, prior to the expiration of this Agreement by the President of the Association to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) or by the Chief Executive Officer (Superintendent/CEO) to the President of the Association.
