Notification Timelines. 13.4.1 The District and Association agree to meet and negotiate after the EdCare Group develops a health care plan, packages or options for bargaining unit members or individuals within the bargaining unit. If the Association wishes to consider a different health plan, the timelines are as follows: a. Preliminary Notification – November 25th prior to a new plan year which starts on October 1st b. Final Notification April 25th prior to a new plan year which starts on October 1st.

STAFF REDUCTIONS THAT OCCUR FOR CLASSIFIED POSITIONS ANY OTHER TIME OF THE YEARWILL RECEIVE A MINIMUM OF A 30 DAY NOTICE.
