Notification Right – Certain Offenses. Employees with a legitimate educational interest with that student will be notified by the principal or principal designee when a student is suspended. If the District believes a student may (re)act with violent behavior when interacting with students or staff, employees with a legitimate educational interest with that student at the building shall be notified. Employees have the right to be notified by the principal whenever said principal has been officially notified that a student has been convicted in adult criminal court or adjudicated or entered into a diversion agreement with the juvenile court on any of the following offenses as defined by law:
