Notification Requirement for Client Changes. IMPORTANT: The Client must notify the Company at least four (4) business hours in advance of any changes it makes that may trigger false monitoring alerts, including but not limited to: DNS changes, site code or content changes which may trigger web content pattern matching, or user accounts provided to Company for monitoring password protected areas. Failure to provide such notifications may result in service disruptions, additional fees, amendment of service levels, or termination of services. The Company shall not be liable for any service disruptions or issues arising directly or indirectly from the Client’s failure to comply with this notification requirement.
