Methods of Access. The BCA offers three (3) methods of access to its systems and tools. The methods of access are:
A. Direct access occurs when individual users at the Agency use Agency’s equipment to access the BCA’s systems and tools. This is generally accomplished by an individual user entering a query into one of BCA’s systems or tools.
B. Indirect access occurs when individual users at the Agency go to another Agency to obtain data and information from BCA’s systems and tools. This method of access generally results in the Agency with indirect access obtaining the needed data and information in a physical format like a paper report.
C. Computer-to-computer system interface occurs when Agency’s computer exchanges data and information with BCA’s computer systems and tools using an interface. Without limitation, interface types include: state message switch, web services, enterprise service bus and message queuing. For purposes of this Agreement, Agency employees or contractors may use any of these methods to use BCA’s systems and tools as described in this Agreement. Agency will select a method of access and can change the methodology following the process in Clause 2.10.

B. Indirect Access occurs when individual users at the Governmental Unit go to another Governmental Unit to obtain data and information from BCA’s systems and tools. This method of access generally results in the Governmental Unit with indirect access obtaining the needed data and information in a physical format like a paper report.
C. Computer-to-Computer System Interface occurs when the Governmental Unit’s computer exchanges data and information with BCA’s computer systems and tools using an interface. Without limitation, interface types include: state message switch, web services, enterprise service bus and message queuing. For purposes of this Agreement, Governmental Unit employees or contractors may use any of these methods to use BCA’s systems and tools as described in this Agreement. Governmental Unit will select a method of access and can change the methodology following the process in Clause 2.10.
Methods of Access. The Client agrees to provide the Company with direct access to its servers through one or more of the following methods, as per the Company's discretion and configuration requirements:
a. Direct SSH (Secure Shell) access, which may be limited to an IP list provided by the Company.
b. Indirect SSH access via a single "jump" server, with all other servers directly accessible from this jump server.
c. VPN (Virtual Private Network) access, utilizing OpenVPN, either inbound or outbound.
d. Utilization of the Company's gateway appliance system, which employs OpenVPN, either inbound or outbound.
Methods of Access. 3.1 The Supplier will deliver the software platforms on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis. The Supplier will host the service; provide infrastructure and application management, backups, security and disaster recovery.
3.2 The Buyer shall provide the following hardware and software: All Buyer systems must comply with the minimum operating system requirements as issued by the ePayfact Helpdesk from time to time. The Supplier will host ePayfact and iPayview. The Supplier will be responsible for business continuity and disaster recovery.

The parties acknowledge and agree that the Software (and related support services) shall be either (i) made available to Customer by Supplier, and remotely accessed by Customer, as a service via the internet (“Subscription Services”) or (ii) made available by Supplier in object code form only via a delivery format selected by Supplier.

The username thus created will be associated with the downloads. The Licensee will be allowed to download the desired Media for a period of 365 days. Upon expiry of the agreement, the Licensee may contact FBW at the email address indicated during registration to reactivate access to the downloads for a further period of the same duration.
