Notification Regarding Access. If we require access to an "insured" or claimant or to the insured property that is the subject of a claim, we must provide at least 48 hours' notice to you or the claimant, or your or the claimant's public adjuster or legal representative, before scheduling a meeting with you, the "insured" or the claimant or prior to conducting an on-site inspection of the insured property. You or the claimant may deny access to the property if the notice has not been provided or may waive the 48-hour notice.
