Common use of Notification Period Clause in Contracts

Notification Period. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 6.07, “Reinsurance Liability Ceases”, and Article 13, “Terminations by Company”, should the Company or the Reinsurer be found in violation of any of the provisions of this Article 22, the party discovering such breach, shall notify, in writing, the other party of the existence of such breach. The party once notified shall have ninety (90) calendar days from the date such notification was mailed to provide the other party evidence that the breach has been remedied.
