Notification of Untrue Reps and Warranties. Purchaser will promptly give written notice to Seller upon becoming aware of the occurrence or failure to occur, or the impending or threatened occurrence or failure to occur, of any event that would cause or constitute, or would be likely to cause or constitute, any of the Purchaser's representations or warranties being or becoming untrue.
