Notification of Unauthorised Use. The Expert shall notify the Coordinator immediately upon discovery of any unauthorised use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by the Expert, and will cooperate with the Coordinator in every reasonable way to help the Coordinator regain possession of the Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorised use or publication.
