Notification of Non-payment. The Paying Agent shall notify the Trustee, by facsimile or electronically in PDF format, forthwith: (i) if it has not by the relevant date specified in Section 5.02 hereof received unconditionally the full amount required for the payment; and (ii) if it receives unconditionally the full amount of any sum due in respect of the Notes after such date. The Paying Agent shall, at the expense of the Company, forthwith upon receipt of any amount as described under this subclause (ii), cause notice of that receipt to be published.
