Common use of Notification of Non-payment Clause in Contracts

Notification of Non-payment. Use its reasonable endeavours to procure that the Principal Paying Agent notifies the Trustee as soon as reasonably practicable in the event that it does not, on or before the due date for payment in respect of each series of Notes or any of them, receive unconditionally the full amount in the relevant currency of the moneys payable on such due date on all such series of Notes;
