Notification of Modification. The Director of the PROVIDER agency shall ensure at least 60 days notification to the MSHN, in writing, of any action by its governing board or any other funding source, which would require or result in significant modification in the provision of services or funding or compliance with the terms and conditions of this contract, its attachments and referenced documents.
Notification of Modification. If any action is taken to void or modify an ILF Project real estate instrument, management plan, or other long-term protection mechanism, MARS must notify the Corps in writing 60 days in advance.
