Notification of Legal Action. The Contractor shall give SCDHHS immediate notification in writing by certified mail of any administrative legal action or complaint filed and prompt notice of any claim made against the Contractor by a subcontractor or member which may result in litigation related in any way to this Contract with SCDHHS.
