Common use of Notification of Government Investigation or Legal Proceeding Clause in Contracts

Notification of Government Investigation or Legal Proceeding. Within 30 days after discovery, Indivior shall notify OIG, in writing, of any ongoing investigation or legal proceeding known to Indivior conducted or brought by a governmental entity or its agents involving an allegation that Indivior has committed a crime or has engaged in fraudulent activities. This notification shall include a description of the allegation, the identity of the investigating or prosecuting agency, and the status of Indivior Corporate Integrity Agreement such investigation or legal proceeding. Indivior also shall provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter and describe the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.

Indivior Merit also shall provide written notice to OIG within 30 days after the resolution of the matter and describe the findings and/or results of the investigation or proceeding, if any.
