Common use of Notification of Defaults and Events of Default Clause in Contracts

Notification of Defaults and Events of Default. Each Lender hereby agrees that, upon learning of the existence of a Default or an Event of Default, it shall promptly notify the Agent thereof. The Agent hereby agrees that upon receipt of any notice under this section 11.10 it shall promptly notify the other Lenders and the Borrower of the existence of such Default or Event of Default.

Notification of Defaults and Events of Default. Each Lender hereby agrees that, upon learning of the existence of a Default or an Event of Default, it shall promptly notify the Facility Agent thereof. The Facility Agent hereby agrees that upon learning of the existence of a Default or Event of Default or receipt of any notice under this section 11.10 ss.16.10 it shall promptly notify the other Lenders and the Borrower of the existence of such Default or Event of DefaultDefault or the receipt of such notice.

The Agent hereby agrees that upon receipt of any notice under this section 11.10 Section 14.10 it shall promptly notify the other Lenders and the Borrower of the existence of such Default or Event of Default.
