Notification of Change in Law. 12.3.1 If the SPD is affected by Change in Law in accordance with Article 12 and wishes to claim a Change in Law under this Article, it shall give notice to the SECI and Buying Utility (s) of such Change in Law as soon as reasonably practicable (but no later than 60 days from the date of occurrence of such Change in Law).
