Notification by TW-22. The NF in respect of a Network Rail Restriction of Use in respect of any Service Group shall have the value specified for that Service Group in column D of Annex A to this Part 3 if and to the extent that paragraph 9.1 does not apply, and: (a) details of the Network Rail Restriction of Use are notified to the Train Operator by TW -22; and
