Notification by TW-22 Sample Clauses
The 'Notification by TW-22' clause establishes the requirement for the party identified as TW-22 to provide formal notice to other parties under specified circumstances. Typically, this clause outlines the methods by which TW-22 must deliver notifications—such as by email, registered mail, or other agreed channels—and may specify the types of events or information that trigger the notification obligation, like changes in contract terms, breaches, or important project milestones. Its core practical function is to ensure timely and documented communication, thereby reducing misunderstandings and providing a clear record of important contractual events.
