Tenant shall notify Landlord within five (5) business days after Tenant first has knowledge of any of the following conditions at, in, on, or within the Premises: standing water, water leaks, water stains, humidity, mold growth, or any unusual odors (including, but not limited to, musty, moldy or mildew odors).
