Notices to Clearing Agency. Whenever a notice or other communication to the Book-Entry Certificate Owners is required under this Agreement, the Owner Trustee, the Certificate Paying Agent or the Certificate Registrar shall give all such notices and communications specified herein to be given to the Certificate Owners to the Clearing Agency and the Depositor.
