Notices Regarding this Agreement. Communications and notices among the Parties regarding the terms of this Agreement shall be in writing, signed by the Party giving the notice, and shall be deemed given: (a) upon receipt if delivered personally or if mailed by certified mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid; or (b) at noon on the business day after dispatch if sent by a nationally recognized overnight courier via overnight delivery; except for notices to Seller, which may only be delivered to Seller electronically, either via e-mail to or via Purchase and Sale Agreement Buyer's Initials: / Page 20 fax at , with a copy to Listing Broker.
