Common use of Notices of Prepayment Clause in Contracts

Notices of Prepayment. To exercise any options granted in this Article, or to consummate the acceleration of the loan payments as set forth in this Article, the written notice to the Trustee shall be signed by an Authorized Representative of the Borrower and shall specify therein the date of prepayment, which date shall be not less than thirty-five days nor more than ninety days from the date the notice is mailed. A duplicate copy of any written notice hereunder shall also be filed with the Authority by the Borrower.
