Common use of Notices of Intent Clause in Contracts

Notices of Intent. When each of the Notices of Intent was filed with the Commission, such Notice of Intent, and each amendment thereto, (A) contained all statements required to be stated therein in accordance with, and complied in all material respects with the requirements of, the 1940 Act and (B) did not include any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements therein not misleading.
