Notices from Noteholders. Each of the Issuing and Paying Agent, the Registrar and the CMU Lodging Agent shall promptly forward to the relevant Issuer any notice received by it from a Noteholder whether electing to exchange a Global Note for Definitive Notes or otherwise.
