Common use of Notices; Electronic Delivery Clause in Contracts

Notices; Electronic Delivery. All notices, demands or other communications to be given or delivered under or by reason of the provisions of this Award Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given when delivered personally; mailed by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested and postage prepaid; delivered by a nationally recognized overnight delivery service or sent by facsimile and confirmed by first class mail, to the recipient. Such notices, demands and other communications shall be sent to the parties at the addresses indicated below:
