It is your responsibility to notify us if your contact information changes during the Lease Term. If you elect to have notice sent and received in paper form, notify us in writing. Personal delivery to you will be made by posting the notice or demand on the front door of the Apartment. When the notice applies to more than one resident of the Apartment, such notice shall be conclusively deemed to have been given to all residents when such notice is given to any one of the residents.
